DEA’s PINOY DELICACIES provides a Pasabuy/Pasabox service from Philippines to Australia . We take away the hassle of bringing your favorite goods or brands that you love, so you can feel closer to home!
HOW DOES PASABUY WORK?
- Send us a message for inquiry and for interest in getting our Pasabuy/Pasabox services. Please let us know if you want to avail of Pasabuy or Pasabox service. Please provide item details including the exact picture of the items that you want to include in your Pasabuy/Pasabox with their corresponding weight. Alternatively, you can email us at deaskitchenandpinoydelicacies@gmail.com.au with the photos and item details and quantity. Kindly let us know if you have any notes or if you want to add more specifications to your orders.
- After our team receives your message of orders, we will process it and we will send you a quote for your orders within 1-2 days.
- Once you receive your quote, let us know your final orders and quantity of the items.
- We will send your first invoice for the prices of the goods. This should be paid in full before we can buy your items in the Philippines. The payment for our Pasabuy rates is due once your orders have arrived here in Australia as we need to weigh the items first before we can finalize the weight of your Pasabuys.
- HOW MUCH DO WE CHARGE?
Pasabuy/Pasabox rates
1-10 kg : 30AUD per kg of chargeable weight
11-15 kg : 28AUD per kg of chargeable weight
16-20 kg :26AUD per kg of chargeable weight
21-25 kg : 25 AUD per kg of chargeable weight
26 kg and up: 24 AUD per kg of chargeable weight
Chargeable Weight will be calculated based on either the weight or the volumetric weight of the items. Price of goods (e.g. food, clothing, shoes), peso price will be converted to AUD + charge for Pasabuys/Pasabox
PASABUYS ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
There will be a charge of $10 if you want us to buy the items for you. This will be paid to our 'Tagabili' in The Philippines. This are for items that can be bought at the malls, supermarket or Watsons only. Alternatively, you can order the items online yourself and send it to our Manila hub in the Philippines. This will incur a $5 handling fee paid to the our staff who will receive it in the Philippines.
- PASABOX ADDITIONAL CHARGES: There is an additional charge of $15 AUD to cover packaging materials such as bubblewraps, fillers, boxes and service fee to the person assisting your pasabox.
- An additional charge of $40 may be incurred for pick up at remote area of the Philippines for Pasabox. This is charged by our DHL partner.
- HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE? Our cutoff for collecting orders is every Friday. The boxes usually leave Philippines on Mondays. It will then arrive in Australia within 5-7 days. We aim to complete your orders within 2-3 weeks after your first payment.
For Pasabox, your boxes will go straight to your address in Australia.
For Pasabuys, you will have to shoulder the shipping fee of Australia post from our Adelaide hub to your address.

* Flammable items
* Raw and frozen goods
* Jewelry
* Products with fake brands or logo
* Medicines that require prescription
* Products banned by FDA
NOTES:
- You can directly purchase the products you want or ask your relatives to buy them for you in the Philippines. You just have to ship it to our Manila hub which will be given to you once we confirm that they are allowed to be shipped. Please send a photo of the goods before we send the address for our warehouse in the Philippines. For cosmetics or healthcare products, you have to provide an MSDS or FDA certificate for customs purposes.
